By accessing or using TRANSLUCID, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

TRANSLUCID is an AI-powered content creation platform offering voice cloning, multilingual text-to-speech, transcription, AI agents, video production tools, and content distribution capabilities.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use TRANSLUCID to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Voice cloning must only be used with the consent of the person whose voice is being cloned.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using TRANSLUCID remains your intellectual property. You grant TRANSLUCID a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

TRANSLUCID is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
